Farm Mystery: The Happy Orchard Nightmare is a hidden object game with minigames and puzzles included
The player takes the role of a woman who, at the start of the game, is driving through deserted country roads to 'Happy Orchard Farm' to meet up with Zack. On arrival she finds the gates barred and when, for a brief moment, she gets a phone signal she receives a 'Help Me' message from Zack. After puzzling her way into the farmhouse she meets a ghost who warns her that someone, or something, called Jefferson has been released and she is to watch out for him and his scarecrows.
The game has some sound effects and music but there is no voice acting. It can be played in both windowed and full screen formats. Apart using a keyboard to enter a player id at the start the game is played entirely with the mouse.
