Farming Simulator: 16-Bit Edition

Farming Simulator: 16-Bit Edition is a demake for the SEGA Genesis console that strips the game down to its bare essentials. The game follows the traditional farming cycle through cultivation, sowing, harvesting and selling the harvest. Earned cash can be spent for new machinery and unlocking two extra maps.

Farming activity is done on a large 2D-scrolling map visually similar Desert Strike: Return to the Gulf. Screen menus provide access to the shop, garage and map overview. Here, difficulty can also be adjusted, and progress can be stored in three available slots.

The game is released for both Genesis and Windows. For Windows it comes bundled with an emulator to play the ROM image. There is also a cartridge version of the game.
