Fighter

Fighter is a freeware 'taster' game released as a demonstration version of a later game. It is a shoot 'em up game for two people or for one person playing against the computer.

It is a simple game in which starts with each player selecting a space ship, different ships have different weapons and shields. These ships are then placed opposite each other one at the top of the screen and one at the bottom. The player(s) can only move their ship left and right and the object of the game is to destroy the opponent's ship before their own ship is destroyed. This process is repeated until all the ships belonging to one player have been destroyed. The game is entirely keyboard controlled.
