Description
Financial Freedom Electronic Darts is a single-player, shareware, darts game featuring Cricket, 301, 501 with options for the player to set their own target score, ‘Best of 18’ and ‘ Best of 30’ with an option for the player to play a game with their own number of throws.
Aiming the dart is controlled by a single rising pointer on the left of the screen, this points to segments representing the numbers on the dart board, each segment is shaded to represent the single, double and treble parts of each number. The player clicks to stop the pointer alongside the number they are aiming at and takes that score. The numbers referenced by the pointer can be displayed in ascending, descending or dartboard order.
Below the pointer is a speed setting, this controls the rate at which the pointer ascends the screen and it is used both to set the game’s difficulty and to compensate for fast / slow machines – the higher the number the slower the pointer moves
