Fire Chief
Description
Fire Chief is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.
Help the fire chief get to the building fire before it's to late, and then help the fire chief rescue computer disks from a burning building.
In the first stage, the player controls a vehicle that travels horizontally, and can accelerate, decelerate, and moves vertically between lanes. The player must avoid hitting other cars, and must reach their destination in under 500 time units. The player has 3 cars, and loses one if they strike another vehicle.
After reaching the fire, the player is armed with a fire hose, and must avoid flames to extinguish embers, and reach the computer disks on the right of the screen. The main flame moves about the maze, and can not be extinguished. The player has 3 lives to try to successfully exit the maze with the disks.
