Fleet Commander Vs.

Two nations have gone to war at sea. It's up to the player to pick a side and win this war. Like the original Fleet Commander, the player has to make strategic movements and decisions with a number of naval units at their disposal. This time there is a two-player mode with the ability to customize the player and opponent's resources and radar. The player can choose various maps which differ in terrain. When engaging in combat, every unit has its own attack and movement capabilities.
