Forgotten Battles: Aces Campaigns

Forgotten Battles: Aces Campaigns is an unofficial campaign add-on for the IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles flight simulator.

The add-on has five new campaigns, special training features, online cooperative missions, radio chatter pack and a skin pack. There are two Luftwaffe campaigns over Britain from 1941 flying Me-109 variants, to a fictional 1945-46 where you fly both a Me-262 and a Go-229, one British campaign in 1941, flying Spitfire Vb, and two Allied D-Day campaigns in 1944, flying Spitfire IXe or P47-D.

To use the expansion the original game is required along with the IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles - Ace Expansion Pack patched to version 2.04.

Optionally Pacific Fighters can be used and if so, yet another mini-campaign flying the Spitfire is available.

There is also a separate mini campaign for the US Navy pilot to be used with Pacific Fighters, called 'Doolittle II' where you fly F4U and A20 from hangar ships - the A20 cannot be landed on the ships, but has to be ditched after each mission.

The main campaigns holds about 100 missions each, while the mini-campaigns has about 50 missions each.
