Fortune Raiders
Description
Fortune Raiders is a game of luck in which the players take turns to uncover hidden treasures. The main objective of the game is to be the fastest spelunker to reach the 1 million dollar mark.
The gameplay is turn-based and takes place in 16x16 object screens. Each object hides treasures, items or various forms of danger. Every step is against the odds as the treasures collected are not safe until the player leaves the screen. Once both players have exited the cave (or when one of them uncovers the bomb), a new screen is generated and the race goes on.
Fortune Raiders is part of a bundle of games named Fortune Pack. The pack includes four games: Fortune Raiders, Pirate's Plunder, Desert Curse and Cash Quest. Fortune Raiders and Pirate's Plunder were made available as shareware games. Registering the games would have given the user access to the whole pack.
