Freddy in Space 2
Description
Freddy in Space 2 is a shoot 'em up platformer loosely based on characters from the horror series Five Nights at Freddy's. It is a sequel to one of the mini-games in FNaF World. The player controls a cartoonish version of Freddy Fazbear as he saves his friends from the influence of a rogue computer known as L.O.L.Z.H.A.X. on a lunar base in the year 2837. As the game progresses, other characters also become available.
Even though the game is inspired by the over-the-top aesthetic, simplistic gameplay mechanics and secret-filled level design of 1990s shoot 'em ups, it also contains minor RPG elements. Experience points received for defeating enemies can be used to level up characters and upgrade their combat skills.
Freddy in Space 2 was originally released to promote a fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
