Description
Frog's Princess is an interactive storybook retelling of the classic Frog and the Princess fairytale.
Prince Francis travels to the kingdom of Kassel with Iron Henry, the best soldier in the land, seeking a princess. Encountering a witch on the trail, Iron Henry braves three iron bands around his heart in an attempt to protect Francis! Now Francis is a frog, desperate to get a princess to kiss him so he can turn back into a prince and save Henry. Meanwhile, Princess Emma discovers that her evil stepmother is a witch! Princess Emma's sisters tell Emma to leave it up to them to battle the evil surrounding the kingdom, but they can't stop it. Emma has to try to use the kingdom's magical Golden Orb to call for help. Can the Frog get his kiss, and can he and Emma rescue Iron Henry, and confront the witch of the woods?
Gameplay consists largely of enjoying the story from either the viewpoint of Francis, the Frog Prince, or Emma the Princess. Players can select from multiple dialog options for Emma or Francis, and can jump backwards and forwards through the story as desired. This story can be played off-line. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no external links.
The game has support for screen readers and vision impaired audiences and can be played independently by low vision users. The game supports multiple save games, and the game website provides educational materials for use in school classrooms.
