From the TV Animation: One Piece Mezase Kaizokuō!

This adaptation of the East Blue saga of the manga and the anime centers on Gol D. Roger's hidden treasure, which has attracted the attention of many pirates worldwide to race for the One Piece, which would grant the position of Pirate King. After two decades of pirates getting nowhere, Monkey D. Luffy and his crew go on their voyage for the treasure.

Before starting the game, the player can choose to play as one of five characters. Much of the game requires the player to navigate a ship across a grid-based map to objective destinations. On each turn, the player must a pick a card to extend the path for the ship. Along the way, the player will run into sea monsters and enemy pirate ships. When challenging an opponent, cards are used in three turns in attempt to send a rowing boat to launch a surprise attack.
