Taking the role of a general manager in American football, the player’s responsibilities are to build up a successful team, assign team players their positions, hire scouting staff and coaches, manage salaries, earn awards and ratings, and decide the ticket prices for the season. How successful the manager is in building their career is dependent on making good decisions, maintaining the team, and evaluating the overall stats. It is possible to trade team players with an opposing team.
