GVector

GVector is a sci-fi chase-view rail shooter in the style of Panzer Dragoon. The player pilots a small fighter craft and must fight off an alien invasion of Earth. There are two weapons at the player's disposal: a standard foward shot, and a homing laser that can lock on to up to eight targets; the more targets locked and destroyed simultaneously, the greater the bonus points awarded. There are a total of six stages, each with an encounter with a large boss enemy at the end, and the game includes a standard story mode as well as a score attack mode where any stage previously completed can be played and practiced for high scores.
