Galaxy Invasion

Galaxy Invasion is a space-themed 1 or 2 player arcade game for the TRS-80.

The player controls a small vessel which moves horizontally left and right on the screen. The player's ship can fire vertically forwards. The player faces waves of alien vessels which fire upon the player and swoop towards them. When an enemy ship moves beyond the bottom of the screen, it reappears in formation at the top of the screen. When the player clears the stage of all combatants, they progress to a slightly more difficult level. The player starts with 3 ships, and gains an extra ship every 10,000 points. When all ships are lost, it's game over. Goal is to maximize score.
