Games of Strategy

Games of Strategy is four strategy games for the BBC Micro.

• Galaxy: The player is placed in command of the Starship Endeavour, tasked with ridding the galaxy of the Kryon Fleet. The player controls the ship's warp drive, long range sensors, phasers, torpedoes, shield control, and short range scan.
• Gomoku: Played on a 20 x 20 board against the computer, the players take turns placing a marker with the goal to get 5 in a row.
• Masterbrain: The player and computer try to solve a 4 number code. Each guess, the player is told how many numbers are correct, and in the correct position.
• Reversi: Also known as Othello, the player competes against a computer or human opponent on an 8 x 8 board. The aim is to fill the board with as many pieces of their own color as possible by flanking the opponent's pieces to capture them and reverse their color.
