Gladiator

Gladiator is a 1-player arcade game for the Apple II.

Based upon the PC game Joust, the player controls a single knight armed with a lance atop a flying creature. The player competes against their opponent, trying to maneuver behind them and joust into their unprotected region. There are a number of platforms above a field of lava, and as the game progresses, platforms disappear, increasing the challenge. The player and computer each start with 3 lives, and it's game over when all are lost .
