Golden Tee PGA Tour (Standard Edition)

Golden Tee PGA Tour is a yearly release arcade golf game. The game features 100+ golf courses spanning the entire history of the Golden Tee Golf series. Most of these locations are not real golf courses, but are inspired by and modeled after real world locations. In addition the game features several courses that are direct recreations of real world PGA Tour courses.

Players take shots on the golf course using a trackball input device, where the ball is rolled backwards to setup the backswing, then forwards to complete the downswing. Additionally standard elements like club selection, ball selection, tee placement, and spin options provide more ways for setting up a shot. The course environment features standard hazards such as terrain, sand traps, foliage, wind, and bodies of water.

18-hole play is the standard game mode. Shorter game modes include 'Closest to the Pin', 'MoneyShot', and 'Target Rush'; all of which are much shorter and focus more on the execution of fewer more difficult shots. Players can also create/login to their online account to access several additional online game modes, often with in-game and cash prizes. These game modes include 'Invites', 'Daily Contest', and 'Tour Mode', alongside online variations of the offline game modes. Playing online (using a club pass membership) allows players to earn experience towards in-game items such as golden tees, balls, and cosmetic items for their golfer profile.

This Standard Edition of the game comes with an NFC reader, 5" Touchscreen, Cupholders and it is Wi-Fi enabled.
