Grobot

Grobot is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player controls Grobot, the galaxy gardener, and his harvester on the planet Kaldas. At the beginning of each session, the player is assigned weather conditions hot or cold and wet or dry. They then try to grow 4 of 16 different plants. Each plant prefers different weather conditions, and has different pest resistance. The more slowly a plant grows, the more it's worth when harvested. Plants begin to grow from the bottom of the screen, and they must be harvested when they reach the top and bloom. Verms live underground, and Grobot must descend from his harvester to scare away the Verm to prevent it from eating the crops. Gnats fly onto flowers and eat them, and can be scared away with the harvester.
