Gunsport

Gunsport is a take on the volleyball sports with a cyberpunk theme. Shown from a side view with a fixed screen it is played between two teams of two players, each carrying a weapon they use to receive and return an object over a net in the center similar to the general concept of volleyball, but with a different scoring system. For instance, the ball's point value increases each time it crosses the net, so the longer it is in the air, the more it is worth.

Each time has different character carrying the same base weapons, but with different statistics and specials. They can be moved around freely and can jump. A special meter is filled up gradually to access special weapons with limited use. Cooperation is also encouraged as some attacks, making the ball twice as fast, are only possible based on team play and a quick reaction between players. There are five teams and five stages with a campaign mode with a story as well as various options to tinker with the game rules. The game supports up to four players, both local and online.
