Herman and the Falling Rocks

Herman and the Falling Rocks is a Boulder Dash variant. Like similar games, your goal in each level is to collect all the flowers on the level, while avoiding being trapped or having a rock dropped on your head. Unusually, though, this game allows for diagonal movement, and boulders only fall sideways if directly disturbed.

Herman and the Falling Rocks was distributed as shareware, with multiple registration levels. A new set of levels and a level editor could be gotten through higher registration levels. A later demo version includes the level editor (with no save functionality), but only includes the first two levels.
