Hero of Sparta

Hero of Sparta is an 2D action game for mobile phone set in a fictional ancient Greece. King Argos of Sparta is leading a campaign against an evil cult that has corrupted Greece by destroying their temples. Now on the threshold of victory he stands before the last idol of the cult, determined to destroy it for once and for all. Before he is able to destroy it a great evil takes possession of the idol and speaks to him. He is told that from this day forth his fate belong to the great evil. After quickly destroying the idol Argos escapes the collapsing temple and sails off with his fleet. On the way home is knocked over board and is washed ashore on an unknown island.

In the game the player controls Argos and has to beat-up various animals, skeletons and mythological creatures. The game switches between a births eye and side view perspective. Side view sections usually involve platforming. Various locations are visited including Atlantis, the underworld and Olympus. During the game several bosses have to be fought including a Cyclops and Cerberus.
