The main game consists of four chapters; Strange Savages; A City Forgotten: Beware of Undertow and Reunion. The bonus gameplay is a new chapter called Home Sweet Home. In this chapter the player's task is to return home, this starts with several puzzles in which they must repair their submarine and set their GPS navigation for New York. Upon arrival the player is taken to the Hidden Expedition warehouse where they face more puzzles as they find a safe place to store the artifact they have brought back with them.
