Hikaru Genji: Roller Panic

J-pop boy band Hikaru Genji always perform on roller skates, but on the day of their performance at Tokyo Dome (in all but name), the band's roller skates have all been stolen. In this Japanese-style adventure game, you play as a fan of Hikaru Genji who volunteered to help them find the skate thieves and retrieve the band's skates.

After creating the fan profile (which has little influence over the game other than minor dialogue differences), customizing the message you would like Hikaru Genji members to thank you with, you can start the investigation around town. Each time you set out, you must select a band member to accompany you into town. The town roaming section of the game is played from a bird's eye view. This is where you go around to gather clues to find where a thief is hiding. After confronting a thief, you will retrieve skates for one band member. The game ends after this process is repeated for each of the seven members of Hikaru Genji.
