Hobbits and Orcs

Hobbits and Orcs is an educational problem solving game in which the player must solve a puzzle where the player must ferry orcs and hobbits across a river without the orcs ever outnumbering the hobbits on either side of the river. This implementation of the classic problem is on the PLATO network.
