Hockey Night in Canada: The DVD Trivia Game - Game One is a quiz game for 2 or more players, divided into two teams. In each round, questions will be asked, in various formats, and by answering correctly, points will be earned for the team. The game keeps track of the score across rounds.

Question types include Faceoff (a picture is gradually assembled; first team to yell out the player shown wins), Highlight Reel (a clip is shown; first team to correctly answer each trivia question about that clip wins), Ticker (a name or phrase is gradually revealed; the first team to yell out the phrase wins), Up to the Minute (each team is given four pictures, and need to put them in chronological order), and more.

There's no randomness in what questions are shown in what order, but to extend replay life, 6 different question sets are included, which can be picked on startup.
