I Get This Call Every Day

I Get This Call Every Day has the player receive a call as an employee of a customer service call centre. A guy called Billy Swarth wants to change his address, but has to go through a security procedure to be able to do so. By choosing between some possible questions and responses, the player has to fulfil Billy's request without irritating him or breaking confidentiality laws.
