IonBallEX
Description
IonBallEX is a Breakout-inspired game with a steampunk theme. The player is tasked with clearing all bricks on the playfield by hitting a ball with a paddle located at the bottom of the screen. Some bricks release power-ups when hit, with the red ones actually affecting the player negatively.
The game features a XP progression system that lets players upgrade their paddle by spending the XP they have earned on previous levels. Possible upgrades include for instance enhanced shield, XP multiplier, paddle size, or ball damage.
The game contains 35 levels, with a boss contraption to defeat every few levels.
