Jodie Drake and the World in Peril

Jodie Drake and the World in Peril is a hidden object game, starring Jodie Drake, photographer. After being the first photographer to take pictures of a newly discovered Aztec ruin, she is hired by Dr. Bergen from the Worldwide Explorer, and asked to take photographs of ruins across the world. But shadowy figures are also interested in these ruins.

The game's hidden object scenes take the form of photography. Jodie is given a list of items to photograph (or sometimes outlines), and has an optional time limit to find them in. A hint system will point out one item. Minigames include exploring mazes in the dark, finding differences between two sides of a symmetric object, and swapping weights in order to balance three pillars. After the first section in South America, Jodie is given a choice of three areas to visit, which can be done in any order.
