Karate Challenge

Karate Challenge is a 1-player arcade martial arts game for the TI-99/4A.

Evil dragons have taken over the minds of the students and teachers at the karate dojo. The player must fight their former friends and teachers in order to get a chance to defeat the dragons in mortal combat.

The player controls a martial artist that can move forwards, backwards, and can throw a high, mid, or low kick or punch. The player and their opponent both have health that slowly regenerates. Opponents take damage from hits and, if the player defeats an opponent, they move on to the next one in line.
