Duke Tier:
- 'Earl' content
- Tin figure
- Silver coin instead of brass coin
King Tier:
- 'Duke' content
- Copper engraving print
Higher tiers got additional physical stuff (forged sword, painted shield) and digital bonuses, but the box content is the same as the Duke tier.
