Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo: Kateba Tengoku! Makereba Jigoku! Ryōtsu-ryū Ikkan Senkin Daisakusen! is a mini-game collection based on the anime and manga franchise known internationally as KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops. The story is simple: there's a festival in town, and after seeing the games and prizes, Ryotsu hatches one of his harebrained get-rich-quick schemes.

The main Variety Mode involves playing a series of mini-games, such as speed-cycling or tackling criminals, to earn money. The player first purchases a ticket; the more expensive the ticket, the more games played in a row, and the greater the multiplier is on the winnings earned. Each round lets the player choose from one of three random games, and there are over 40 games in total. There is also a Free Mode where any of the unlocked games can be freely played and practiced for high score.
