Kuroinu: Chapter 2 - The Blowjob Princess Knight, Lustful Young Princess, and Anal Eastern Priestess is the second of three visual novels which together form a "director's cut" version of the Japanese adult fantasy visual novel Kuroinu: Kedakaki Seijo wa Hakudaku ni Somaru. Like the original game, Kuroinu: Chapter 2 has a focus on strong sexual content with an emphasis on non-consensual sex, degradation, and corruption. It features voice acting for female characters only.

The player once again steps into the shoes of Vult, a former mercenary who betrayed his allies and conquered their lands to establish a nation called the "Cuntry" where women are considered little more than sex objects and are forced to satisfy the sexual needs of men, especially Vult and his army. The player can choose the order in which Vult will raid unconquered castles, which will determine which girl the tyrant gets his hands on first. There are three prestigious women who Vult will encounter in this chapter: Alicia, a proud virgin warrior princess; Prim, a timid young princess whose innocent appearance belies a sadistic kink; and Kaguya, the chief priestess of a religion which worships a strange deity. Since Vult is a man with a penchant for raping the women of the lands he has conquered, none of these princesses will remain unsullied.
