The first entry in M2's Toaplan Arcade Garage line, this compilation bundles together the original arcade versions of two early games by Toaplan. It contains:
- Twin Cobra (1987), in the following versions: its original one-player version; the two-player revision; and the overseas version
- Tiger-Heli (1985), in its original arcade release
