This edition celebrates the twentieth anniversary of the computer Harpoon series. The two base games included are:

- Larry Bond's Harpoon Commander's Edition
It also includes 20 previous releases of computer Harpoon including Harpoon 3 v3.63 and Harpoon Classic. The two main games are expanded.
Larry Bond's Harpoon Commander's Edition is updated with Pacific BattleSet and scenarios, plus refined electronic warfare and land combat, specifically, Chinese CV (formerly the USSR Varyag), DF21 ABM; Indian P-8i ASW Patrol aircraft, and South African Manthatisi submarine.
