Learning Fun 1: Scurve Invaders

Learning Fun 1: Scurve Invaders is an educational game that combines space shooting with maths problem solving. The player controls a space ship down the bottom of the screen and has to shoot at the aliens (called scurves) that move back and forth above him. Unlike other shoot 'em ups aliens appear one at a time. Before shooting is possible the ship has to be loaded and this is done by solving a single maths problem. Once solved the player can shoot as much as he wants until the alien is hit. Points are awarded for each hit and removed for each miss. After one alien has been defeated another appears and the ship has to be loaded with another question. There is no way to die in the game but the game ends when the time runs out. Bonus time is earned when score reaches 5000.
