Description
Doctor Zhira Kenthara is on the run after taking drastic measures to contain a biohazard disaster caused by Martian microbe samples. She now has two samples left to destroy. The story progresses in between stages.
The bulk of the game plays as a run and gun platformer with incoming waves of enemies, mostly in the form of security forces, drones, infected humans, and robotic bosses. Power-ups can be obtained for different weapons, shield recharges, and bonus pickups. Other stages take the form of auto-scrolling on a hover bike. Occasionally the player will fly in stages with a jet pack. The difficulties in the game have the three classic set difficulties found in most games. In the Genesis/Megadrive version there includes two additional modes with hardcore challenges
