Lighthouse of the Dead

Lighthouse of the Dead is a short, freeware rail shooter inspired by The House of the Dead, and with a similar retro visual style.

Trapped on a dangerous island the player must fight off the mutant frogs and cyborg zombies to reach the lighthouse and escape. Equipped with a four-shot shotgun and three doses of life-saving drugs that serve as extra lives the player must defeat the attacking monsters in quick fashion or they'll take away a precious health point. Enemies can be dismembered in great detail by shooting parts of their body. Killing four enemies in a row without missing a shot awards a bonus health point.
