Lights
Description
Lights is a room escape game. It is a short point and click adventure game with pre-rendered graphics.
The player can look around the room, click in the scene to inspect furniture, open cupboards, look behind things and find items. There is an inventory on the right, and the player can select items to use or combine with other items. The object is to find clues and items, and to combine them to find the exit and escape from the room. The puzzles involve letters and symbols, a solar powered device, a desk lamp, a Game and Watch type LCD game, screwdrivers, keys, a sling shot and a real-life dog.
There is no back story and the game takes place in a single room with two exits. The more difficult exit involves a mirror and a solar powered trigger. Some code combinations are changed for every play through, so players can not use foreknowledge to skip parts when playing a second time.
