For iOS the collector's edition is acquired through an in-app purchase in the regular version. For Android the collector's edition is the default version of the game. The Macintosh version listed in the Mac App Store does not carry "collector's edition" in the title (like the Android version) but has all the additional content. The Mac version was however previously released on other download sites with the full title.
