Love Invaders
Description
Love Invaders is a remake of Space Invaders. In the future, humans and friendly aliens have a weekly celebration where they re-enact the "battle of 1978" with bullets made of cake. The player takes on the role of a human and must shoot his way through numerous waves of aliens.
The gameplay remains identical to the original. The player's ship can be moved left and right, shoot one bullet at a time, and there are four shields to protect the ship from the aliens' missiles. Occasionally an UFO flies past at the top of the screen, giving score when shot. On each level the alien horde descends and shoots quicker, and the aliens become increasingly aggressive and speedy as their numbers dwindle.
