Lying Chimps
Description
Lying Chimps is a 1-player animated card game for the TRS-80.
Based upon the card game "I Doubt It", the player competes against 4 cheating animated chimps named Chump, Chomp, Chimp, and Champ. The chimps regularly banter with each other and insult the player. One at a time, a player places 1 - 4 card on the table facing down. They then must announce a series of card, such as "three aces" or "two fours". Any of the four players can then announce if they believe the series of cards matches what the player announces. If the player's cards are not questioned, they stay on the table to be picked up at a future time. When questioned, if the player is lying, they must pick up all cards on the table, otherwise the person who falsely accused the player must pick up all the cards. It's game over when one player has used all of their cards.
