Mario Party Kurukuru! Carnival is an arcade entry in the Mario Party series. It is based on the Nintendo Wii title Mario Party 8. It is a medal game that revolves around a roulette and balls, and includes several minigames. Like Mario Party 8, it is hosted by MC Ballyhoo.
