Mastermind

Mastermind is a 1–2 player puzzle solving game for the BBC Micro.

Either the computer or human opponent designs a passcode consisting of four spaces and six possible colors. Each turn, the player submits a passcode, and they are told how many pieces are the correct color, and how many are in the correct position. The goal is to solve the puzzle within eight moves.
