MasturBeat is a small, masturbation-themed rhythm game.

Heart icons of three different colors fall down the playfield on the right, and the player has to press the corresponding when they hit the bottom. Hitting a note right increases the pleasure meter, while missing decreases it. Filling up the meter will advance to the next 'level' with a new animation.
