Painful Memories Pack is downloadable content for Max Payne 3 which adds four new multiplayer maps:
- Roscoe Street Subway
- Marty's Bar
- Shoot First
- Canal De Panamá
Additionally, this DLC also includes two new assault rifles, new items, and Hangover Burst which causes enemies to respawn with blurred vision and lower stamina and health.
