Meteor

Meteor is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80.

You are a pilot of a space ship that can move horizontally across the top of the screen, and fires directly downwards. Each level is divided into two parts, a meteorite and an alien stage. During the meteorite stage, the player must blast their way through a meteorite field. Then, an alien comes across the screen, and the player has one chance to try to shoot it for bonus points. Each round, the meteorite field increases in size. If the player fails to clear a path through the field, it's game over.
