MicroBalls
Description
MicroBalls is a freeware, single player, game of territory capture.
Play takes place on an 8x8 grid. The player, who always plays as red, has two tokens in diagonally opposite corners, the game who always plays as blue has two tokens in the other corners. Each player moves one token in their turn, if they move it to an adjacent cell then the result is two tokens one in the old cell and one in the new. However the player can also jump their token to a cell further away, in this case the token is moved and the original cell is left vacant. When a token of one colour is moved next to tokens of another, all tokens that are next to it, horizontally, vertically, and diagonally, are changed to it's colour.
The game ends when one player can no longer move, the player with the most tokens in play wins.
The game is played entirely with the mouse and there are two skill levels, very easy and easy.
