Midas Maze

Midas Maze is a puzzle game for the Dragon 32/64.

The player explores a single screen maze trying to find the treasure to carry it to the exit point. Multiple treasure sites are displayed on the screen, but only one contains treasure while the others are fool's gold. The player must explore treasure sites until they find the treasure. Every move costs a point; the player can also transport randomly on the screen at a cost of 5 moves. The player starts with 100 moves, and it's game over if they run out.

As the player explores they encounter random events like holes which cost 5 moves, magic holes which award 5 moves, black holes which randomly transport the player, and Fairy Nuff who rewards multiple moves. The player can also fall into a dungeon where they explore potential exit points, but might get eaten by a Red Devil.
