Missile Control

Missile Control is a 1–4 player Missile Command clone for the BBC Micro.

The player controls three missile silos at the bottom of the screen, and must protect their six cities from incoming missiles. The player moves a crosshair to aim their defenses, and each silo has a limited number of shots per missile barrage. When a city is destroyed, it is lost for the rest of the game. Missile silos are rebuilt after each stage. The player receives a bonus based upon remaining missiles and cities after each barrage. Dangers include missiles that break into multiple fragments, planes and alien vessels that drop missiles, and on higher levels. missiles that actively avoid defenses. Gameplay finishes when all cities are destroyed.
