Monmusu Quest! Final Chapter: Loss Means Vamp Devour is an erotic visual novel with RPG elements. It is the final chapter of the original Monster Girl Quest trilogy. Starting from where the second game left off, the hero Luka, having now defeated the Four Heavenly Knights, has just discovered the true villain preventing coexistence between human and monster. He and a now sealed Alice must now fight in a war that threatens the whole world.

Gameplay is much the same as the first two games, but now with even more combat abilities to choose from during battle. Data from the first two games can be combined with the third in order to complete the Monster Encyclopedia, which allows all sex scenes to be replayed, even the ones from the first two parts if they were unlocked.
